Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Products must be clean and hygienic before being returned


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Tights

  • Selected personal care products


4. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the product (if damaged or defective)

5. Refunds

Inspection & Approval

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Processing Time

If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and issued to your original payment method.


6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. If the issue persists, email us at support@joe-ivy.com


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Returns must be shipped to China

  • Estimated shipping costs start from $20, depending on location

  • We strongly recommend using a track & trace service, as we are not responsible for lost returns


8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • We will send a replacement free of charge

  • If the issue occurs again, you are eligible for a full refund


9. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed due to our automated processing system.
